Let's Get Started

Every spring, the CNS Faculty Affairs office hosts a professional development program called “Let’s Get Started”. This program is designed to inspire new CNS faculty to grow as researchers, teachers, and good citizens of UT, to form a network of colleagues and friends across departments, and to ultimately inspire success. 

“Let’s Get Started” is a three-part series for new faculty during their first two years in the College of Natural Sciences. Each event hosts presenters and panelists from the CNS community focusing on a particular theme, which has been selected to be of concrete value to new faculty.

Invitation Process

CNS Faculty Affairs will send invitations directly to new faculty to RSVP for each event in the Spring. For questions regarding future events, please contact CNS Faculty Affairs.
