CNS Orientation for New Faculty

All new faculty will be invited to attend the College of Natural Sciences New Faculty Orientation in August, prior to the beginning of the Fall semester. The CNS orientation complements the University's new faculty orientations, and focuses on introducing new faculty to the College.

Invitation Process

Each summer, CNS Faculty Affairs will reach out to departments to confirm all new faculty starting in the upcoming academic year. Once departments confirm their list of new faculty, individual invitations will be sent to each faculty member. Faculty should respond with their RSVP as soon as they receive their invitation. If they cannot attend CNS orientation, faculty should inform CNS Faculty Affairs at their earliest convenience.
