The Forty Acres feature a wide variety of spaces and venues where the CNS community can host memorable events.
UT campus venue and room reservations are not centralized and reservation policies and procedures vary. Contact the individual venue representative to help you understand how to book and best use their space. If you need help identifying the right space for your event, schedule a consultation with one of our coordinators.
College of natural sciences roomS
Many CNS rooms may be reserved through the EMS reservation system. Login using your UT EID. CNS faculty, staff, graduate students and undergraduate students will automatically be assigned access to college buildings and rooms. Requests from non-CNS affiliates should be directed to Arturo Compean and will be handled on a case by case basis. Visit the CNS Room Reservation page for more details about EMS and specific rooms.
Some CNS rooms are considered General Purpose Classrooms and are managed through the registrar's office. Visit the Registrar's Room Scheduling Page to make requests and learn more details.
