hotel tax exemption
Tax exemption is available from most hotels in Texas when booked for University business. To receive the exemption, present the Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption Certificate when you make a reservation.
AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center
The AT&T Executive Education and Conference Center is located on The University of Texas at Austin campus at Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard and University Avenue. It offers four-star guest rooms, three restaurants, and the latest conferencing technology. Additionally, the hotel has a standardized contract with the University that makes the contracting process simple. Contracts do not have to be implemented through the Business Contracts office. Contracts can be signed on the department level, by a Dean, business officer, or authorized signers on the account funds are being drawn from.
