Experiential learning is the hallmark of a College of Natural Sciences undergraduate education, and this is your main resource for information on opportunities. We aim to provide a one-stop shop for connecting students to academic experiences, both curricular and extra-curricular, to enhance their undergraduate education.
In particular, resources include:
- A clearinghouse for information on experiential learning opportunities in the sciences
- Consultation and support for students interested in undergraduate research
- Connections to international study, internship and entrepreneurship opportunities
- Information on the nationally recognized Freshman Research Initiative program
- Opportunities to problem-solve with community & industry partners in the Inventors Program
- Resources for presenting your work, including through participation in the annual CNS Undergraduate Research Forum
- Events and workshops on experiential learning opportunities throughout the year
