Pre-health professions certificate

Welcome to the Pre-Health Professions Certificate program website. The Pre-Health Professions Certificate has two distinct programs with the following goals:

1. To provide majors outside of the College of Natural Sciences access to the courses required to complete the health professions prerequisites.

2. To provide an opportunity for College of Natural Sciences (CNS) majors to augment their science experience with complementary health-related courses.

Both programs will provide a solid foundation for students interested in pursuing a career in the health professions. To learn more about the requirements please click on the appropriate link on the menu to the left. Requirements and procedures for the certificate programs will be based on the catalog under which a student is earning their degree, so please select accordingly. If you are pursuing your degree under an earlier catalog than 2014-2016, you would follow the requirements under the 2014-2016 catalog.
