Keep On Keeping On

Keep On Keeping On

Dear Students,

As I was trying to write this week's newsletter, I realized that I was fresh out of inspirational ideas to give to you, and it occurred to me that maybe some of you are suffering from a creative or inspirational dry spell also… or a different kind of low spot in your life.

So my message this week is short: keep on keeping on. If things are going well for you right now, that's fantastic, and I hope you'll take a moment to be present and truly appreciate it. If things aren't going well right now, hang in there and it will get better because, as my mom used to say, the only constant is change, which means things won't stay this way for long.

Remember that support network I talked about last week? Lean on them this week, or be that support for a friend. We're all in this together.

Best,
Dr. Vanden Bout
