I don't think it will happen in my lifetime; but, I can foresee it in the distant future. I remember when I was in my twenties and watching things like Lost in Space, Hal, Kit (the car that could navigate by itself). All of these were fascinating science fiction shows--now, we have entered the space age, and own life-like robots and other inventions that help handicapped people.
