I was disappointed that the Jackson School was not represented. UT has a long history in geoscience and many exes have had distinguished careers. Jackson has a large endowment and faculty. Is there a deficiency in quality of staff, graduate students, or programs/organization??
Being on the West Coast, all I know of Jackson is the annual newsletter. I am not criticizing or recommending changes, but I am concerned as an alumnus and donor. Has Jackson selected a few disciplines in which to excel, or is it "covering the waterfront"??
Sincerely,

Mr. Sabins,
The Jackson School, as you probably know, isn't part of the College of Natural Sciences anymore, so we didn't include them in this story. You can learn about the Jackson School ranking on their website here: http://www.jsg.utexas.edu/academics/rankings.html. Indeed you'll see that the school has several top-ranked programs!
I was advisable this diary by my relation. I'm not sure whether this base is typed by him as nobody else bed specified careful about my difficulty. You are surprising! Thanks!
