Our next “New Equations” college-wide discussion at the intersection of science and identity will be with celebrated author and botanist Robin Wall Kimmerer. 

Held as part of the Texas Science Festival and ongoing New Equations series of community discussions, the best-selling  author of Braiding Sweetgrass: Indigenous Wisdom, Scientific Knowledge, and the Teachings of Plants will speak about her book and sit down in conversation with Lee Clippard, CNS alumnus and Executive Director of Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center.

Attendees from the college community will be entered into a drawing to win a copy of the book.
