Some academic anxiety improves performance, but too much can get in the way of clear thinking. If you feel that anxiety is negatively impacting your exam outcomes, come explore the physical, emotional, and cognitive aspects of your experience as well as productive ways of responding. Participants can expect to reflect in writing, brainstorm, and discuss in both paired/small-group and full-group settings. This workshop is presented by Darcy Barrick, Coordinator of Academic Counseling and Coaching from the Sanger Learning Center.
